Refund Policy

It is important to inform users that payments credited to their account on (website name) are not refundable in any way. However, users are welcome to use this cash to enter competitions or leagues run by (website name).

When people use the website's services, transactions verified by (website name) cannot be reversed. However, users retain the right to cancel a transaction and seek a refund of the winnings spent under the following circumstances, subject to the sole and exclusive discretion of (website name):

• Sending a formal request for the cancellation of a payment from the confirmed email address to (website name).
• If the payment relates to participating in the paid version(s) of the contests, the cancellation request must be sent by (website name) at least two (2) days prior to the start of the relevant round for which the payment is made.

As mentioned before, (website name) retains complete and exclusive authority to return the transaction amount to the user, deducting any applicable taxes and cancellation costs. Usually, it takes five to seven (5-7) working days to process a refund. When completing the transaction process, users are urged to pay attention to any additional terms and conditions that govern transactions.

Only the membership cost will be refundable in the case of unanticipated events such as event cancellations, technical difficulties, or force majeure; winnings-based claims are not permitted.
